4 0z. cream cheese ( room temperature )
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 bowl cool whip ( 8 oz. )
1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Add peanut butter.
Then add Cool Whip, fold and mix carefully, pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
Add other half of Cool Whip to top..Chill
When I make this I always buy two graham cracker crusts and make two pies..
This is one of my favorite pies..I have had this recipe for a little over 20 years..I found it in the newspaper when my husband and I were living in Baltimore..If you make it let me know what you think..

Connie, it was nice to see you on my blog. Thanks for mentioning the mailart group but I don't do any more mailart exchanges. And besides this I wan to cut back on any kind of exchanges in 2009 and stitch more on my own pieces. But I bookmarked your mailart group and when I feel like stitching another envelope I'll join.
