A lot has been going on with me. First my monitor blew up then I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and had to have a complete hysterectomy. My cancer was in the early stages and none was found in my lymph nodes so no chemo. My doctor did a procedure called da Vinci Hysterectomy for early stages of gynecologic cancer.Instead of having a big scar I had 5 tiny openings which healed quicker with less pain and blood loss.If you would like to read more about it here is the site www.daVinciHysterectomy.com
My biggest complaint was not being able to lift anything over 5lbs for 7 weeks.Being a lady of leisure got old fast for this girl.I did get a lot of stitching done with no computer and will post a picture later of True Virtue finished.

Hi Connie,
I am so glad to see this post from you. I am sure that diagnosis must have been very frightening. I am glad to know your prognosis was excellent and that you are on the road to recovery.
Oh Connie, True Virtue is a stunner! I am so glad you are on the mend, I prayed so hard for a good outcome and my prayers were answered!
My TV is about 1/2 way done now. I am determined to finish it by the end of the year. Stitching time is short for me right now, I am hoping to remedy that soon.
Connie, it was great to see a new post from you. But the contents was frightening so I'm really glad to read that you are on the mend.
